Q1 - How do I check in and receive my tickets?
A. When you arrive at the Roller Garden, please proceed to the main ticket window and provide the name of the lucky birthday child. We will have your parties tickets reserved for you. Please provide the name on the lucky Birthday child, and have a great party! |

Q2 - What type of decorations are provided by the Roller Garden?
A. We will provide a table setup which includes place mats, napkins, cups, plates, and a balloon centerpiece. |

Q3 - Does the Roller Garden provide a cake?
A. We do not provide cakes, however, if you are having a reserved birthday party, you are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes. No other food or beverages. |

Q4 - Can I bring my own food and or beverages?
A. The Roller Garden will provide your party with hot-dogs or pizza, potato chips, ice cream, and soda pop. Please, no other outside food or beverages are allowed. |

Q5 - Are reservations required?
A. YES, reservations are required and necessary. |

Q6 - When do I pay for my Roller Garden birthday party?
A. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due at least one week prior to the birthday party date. You may pay the balance due when you arrive at the Roller Garden ticket window. |

Q7 - What method of payment does the Roller Garden accept?
A. The Roller Garden accepts Visa, Master card, Discover and Cash. |

Q8 - Is there a charge for parents to attend the party?
A. All adults need to pay an admission price to come in. Only Exception: A non-skating adult bringing a birthday guest to the party. Adults who wish to skate pay both admissions and skate rental. |

Q9 - What if my guest count changes?
A. The Roller Garden will make every attempt to increase your seating once a reservation has been made. However, please contact us as soon as possible with an accurate number as we cannot guarantee this request. |
